We are currently able to offer direct service in the greater Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area. If you require service outside of the Phoenix area, we recommend using your local bicycle shop. We can send replacement parts to your neighborhood shop and offer repair advice to your local bicycle repair person.
Alternatively, you may ship your ebike to us for service. Please contact our service department prior to shipping your ebike in order to obtain return shipping instructions and case number. Customers shipping products for service work will incur return shipping charges in addition to service fee and replacement parts cost.
If the repair is covered by our warranty then Empowered Ebikes will cover the cost of service and parts. When such repair work, which is covered under our warranty is performed by your local bicycle shop, we will reimburse you for the expense, subject to preapproval by our service department. Unused merchandise in original packaging:
You may return your purchase to us in its unopened box for a full refund of the item's price.
Customers returning merchandise must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. Please contact our service department at service@empoweredebikes.com .
Customers returning merchandise are still responsible for original delivery and return shipping cost.
Customer must follow shipping instructions that will be supplied along with the RMA number in orderto prevent damage to the merchandise during shipping.
Items that have been removed from their original packaging, but still within 30 days of delivery:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price less 25% restocking fee and usage fee.
Usage fee will be levied on returned merchandise in accordance with the condition of the item returned. Empowered Ebikes will determine the amount of usage fee charged after inspecting the returned merchandise.

In addition we offer a six month limited warranty for the Crank and Freewheel. We also offer a one month limited warranty for Chain, Chain-wheel, Switch and Brake handle.
To qualify for the warranty, riders must comply with operating instructions included in the operating manual. Riders must observe relevant rules and regulations at all times and wear protective gear when riding their ebikes. Finally riders must observe the maximum load limits specified for each model.
